A'ight, homie, let's get down to that Straight-Up Grilled Salmon. Here's the dope on what you need:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons Ace of Bass Salmon Seasoning (or however much you dig)
Start by mixin' up the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, and Ace of Bass Salmon Seasoning in a bowl. Once it's all mixed up, you've got yourself a marinade.
Slap your salmon fillets into a zip-lock bag, then pour in the marinade. Make sure each fillet gets a good coating, then seal up the bag and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. If you got time, let it marinate for a couple hours to soak up all them flavors.
While your salmon is marinating, heat up the grill to a medium heat. Once your salmon has had a good soak, put it on the grill, skin-side down.
Grill it for about 5-6 minutes, then flip it over and give it another 3-4 minutes.
You want the inside to be just slightly pink or the salmon to flake with a fork.
Serve that Straight-Up Grilled Salmon hot off the grill with a side of grilled veggies or a fresh salad.
Enjoy your feast, playa!
